and secondary lines diesel worked. As Slovenia has borders with Austria, Hungary, Croatia and Italy, a good variety of liveries and trains can be seen. The scenery is superb, especially in the Julian Alps and on the line to Koper, providing a wide variety of photographic opportunities. The ride from Ljubljana to Maribor by train is superb. |
