First the walls were cut from plastic sheet and the door and windows openings cut.

Then the walls were assembled and internal stiffeners glued in place to keep it square.

A sub-roof was fitted, this will support the corrugated sections

Next, buttresses and wood roof bracing were glued in place. Styrene strip of suitable dimensions was used.

Sections were cut from corrugated plastic sheet and glued in strips along the roof. Thin strips were glued under the lower edge to give the impression of overlapped sheets.

Thin plastic rod was fitted over the windows to represent the protective bars.
Brass gutters and downpipes were made and fitted as on the station building.

Painting complete, just some weathering to do, especially rust streaks on some of the roof panels.

Now the loading ramp can be completed, with steps, gravel, grass, etc. (And a stack of logs!)
