The cross arm supports are thin brass wire A simple jig was made for the catenary wire droppers by drilling holes in a steel block the required distances from the edge, then fitting wire into the hole, bending over as seen 0.5mm Sommerfeldt coppered steel wire was used for the contact wire assembly. This was taped to a simple jig where the wire positions were drawn.
